helpful staff good breakfast superb location unclean room missing information steep hill
The staff were helpful. They were always smiling and happy to assist. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. I also found the location to be superb.
The room was not cleaned once . I had to ask for clean towels. There was no clear information about evening meals. I also noted that the hotel is on a very steep hill.

peaceful location helpful staff wildlife abundance uncomfortable bed glitching tv dated bathroom
the location was peaceful. all the staff were very amazing. i enjoyed seeing an abundance of wildlife.
the bed in our room and pillows were very uncomfortable so we did not feel well rested. the tv kept glitching so we had difficulty watching anything, though the shower was very difficult to figure out. also, the bathroom was very dated.

underwhelming experience
small room bathroom hair
I really wanted to like this place. it seemed charming, but the room was quite small. only one chair was provided, not ideal. also, i noticed hair in the bathroom. That was not very good

underwhelming stay
limescale covered limited dinner
My room did not feel very clean. i spotted dust on the tv, and limescale covered the bath. the sachets of toiletries felt cheap (i think they try to save money). the dinner options were also very limited. Only three main courses were available, with no vegetarian choice.

friendly staff reasonable prices dead flies unmade bed
i found the staff friendly and they helped with a heavy suitcase. callum fixed a parking problem we had. i thought bar prices were reasonable.
the room wasnt cleaned well before we got there. there were dead flies on the windowsills. the bed wasnt even made.
